I'm very impressed by this dealerships service department. I went in for my oil change and tire rotation and they were so incredibly quick but thorough. They were able to complete my service as well as wash and vacuum my car within about 30-40mins and they were so friendly. My service rep was PJ and when I called this morning telling him I needed to come in asap, he was able to get me in the same day. So appreciative to y'all!!! Great job fellas.

We just moved to the area and didn't know where to find a good mechanic. I had to get a couple of recalls fixed on my vehicle and that brought me to Jim Shorkey Kia. I have been very please with the exceptional customer service I've received at the Jim Shorkey service center. I also brought my wife's van to here to get new tires and was given a better price than they first quoted without us even asking for it. PJ has gone above and beyond what is expected at a service center and has won our family's business.

Every time I have come to the service department I have been welcomed even if I did not have an appointment. Everyone is always helpful. The experience has always been wonderful.

Our experience at this dealership was excellent. We went to a couple of other dealerships before going to this one and kept running into issues (car not on the lot, too sales driven, etc.) we called Jim Shorkey and spoke with Mike about the same exact car that we had been looking at with other dealers and he told us a price $3000 lower than the other dealer. My husband and Mike spoke back and forth several times because at first we were skeptical about such a big price difference but Mike assured us it was the price he said. We also live 1.5hrs from Jim Shorkey so we wanted to make sure we werent't going to waste any time before going. We went the next morning and had Josphyne as our sales person who is so sweet and caring. She didn't push antyhing on us and was very genuine with her job. Mike also honored the same exact price that he told us over the phone without any back and forth sales antics. Overall it was a great experience and there's some great people that work there as mentioned above. We're very happy with our purchase and will consider them again in the near future for another purchase!

I definitely give this dealership 5 stars! This is the second vehicle that I have gotten from here and both times I was assisted by Carlos and Andre who made my experience very pleasurable and memorable. Today I honestly came for an oil change and ended up trading my truck out for 2023 Mazda CX-5, which was an upgraded version of the truck I had. Carlos and Andre are awesome and they always seem to work miracles. They will forever have my business.
